Garlic would be nice too. Reminds me of the Granzin’s Lite Smoke Sausage. Grill them till the cheese pops out. Looks very nice!

Looks awesome I’m jealous . When I was younger I used to make all types of deer sausage , I used to get 4-5 deer a season and butchered them myself .
